The right column can roll Closing Time, Cascade Point, Opening Shot, Fragile Focus, Jolting Feedback, Vorpal Weapon and Snapshot Sights.

Its origin trait can be Fleet Footed, Roar of Battle or Suros Synergy. Each step up the Gear Tier ladder adds something. Tier 3 opens the enhanced weapon mod options, Tier 4 upgrades the first two components, and Tier 5 upgrades the origin trait while unlocking the ornament and a Combat Flair.

Where it comes from

Trials of Osiris runs from Friday reset to Tuesday reset on every weekend except Iron Banner weeks. The Inquisitor is in the Trials attunement pool, and Saint-14 focuses tiered Trials gear with Trials engrams. It is also among the weapons that the Lighthouse chest can feature as a weekend reward.
