Unworthy is a Legendary Arc scout rifle from Sundered Doctrine, a Year 7 dungeon. It runs on the Rapid-Fire Frame, a Primary for the Energy slot. Like the rest of the dungeon's weapons it carries the Subjugation origin trait, which adapts to what you hit: shots explode against weak targets, strong targets become exhausted and deal less damage, and against Guardians the rifle gains flinch resistance. Copies drop from Sundered Doctrine encounters.
