Poison Trap gains the Infiltrator Variant for free and deals increased damage. In addition, a Lucky Hit effect gives Poison or Cold Imbued Skills a chance of up to 35% to deploy a Poison Trap, and the element of that trap follows the Poison Trap you have equipped.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Band of Ichorous Rose they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Poison Trap. It is class-locked: only the Rogue can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Drop rules

Since Season 15, every Unique item can drop from level 1 and in any difficulty, and Band of Ichorous Rose follows the same rule. Lair Boss loot tables weight certain Uniques toward each boss, and Mythic Uniques dropped by Lair Bosses are taken from that boss's own pool, apart from a small chance through their generic loot.
