Immunity with a price

Casting Dark Shroud makes you Immune for 2 seconds, but your Evade Cooldown is increased. Evading while Dark Shroud is active leaves behind an explosion that deals Shadow damage, scaled by your weapon damage, and Pulls In enemies.

The longer Evade cooldown is the trade for two seconds of Immunity. The explosion only comes from an Evade, so the chest is for a Rogue who plans to use the Evade in the Shroud window.

Dark Shroud in short

Dark Shroud is a Subterfuge skill with a cooldown. It surrounds you with up to 5 protective shadows that give resistance to all elements per shadow; with the maximum number, direct damage is reduced, and each time you take direct damage one shadow is consumed. The chest armor always drops with Maximum Life next to the main stat.

Pulling enemies in through the explosion groups them up for area skills.
