Antedate is a Legendary Submachine Gun from The Desert Perpetual, the raid of The Edge of Fate, the expansion released on 15 July 2025. It deals Arc damage from the Energy slot on Primary ammo, and its Adaptive Frame keeps recoil, range and handling balanced. We get Antedate onto your account with the roll, tier and number of copies you set below.

Key facts

Item type	Legendary Submachine Gun
Weapon slot	Energy
Ammo type	Primary
Damage type	Arc
Weapon frame	Adaptive Frame: a well-rounded grip, reliable and sturdy
Source in the game	Raid: The Desert Perpetual (The Edge of Fate)
Origin trait	Frame of Reference (fixed): Final blows with this weapon temporarily grant increased damage, reload speed, and range; the effect is frozen in time while the weapon is stowed
Perks that can roll (column 3)	Rewind Rounds, Dragonfly, Zen Moment, Rolling Storm, Strategist, Auto-Loading Holster, Rangefinder
Perks that can roll (column 4)	Target Lock, Desperate Measures, Master of Arms, Jolting Feedback, Frenzy, Paracausal Affinity, To the Pain
Columns 1 and 2	11 barrel options (Arrowhead Brake, Chambered Compensator, Corkscrew Rifling, Extended Barrel…); 12 magazine options (Extended Mag, Alloy Magazine, Appended Mag, Armor-Piercing Rounds…)
Raid access	The Desert Perpetual needs The Edge of Fate; it is one of the 10 playable raids, with an Epic version as well

What you get

Roll with Random Perks: copies with whatever perks they roll; the Rolls slider sets 1 to 30 of them.
Roll with 1 Guaranteed Perk: tick Rolling Storm, Jolting Feedback, Dragonfly or Rewind Rounds; every ticked perk is a copy of its own. Specify to a Pro Player covers any other perk from the pool, named in live chat or on Discord after payment.
God Roll - 2 Guaranteed Perks: two perks on one gun, either Rolling Storm + Jolting Feedback, Rewind Rounds + Jolting Feedback or a pair you name.
Weapon Tier: Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5.
Collection: I've unlocked this weapon in Collection if Antedate already has an entry there, otherwise I need to unlock this weapon in Collection.

A booster normally starts within about 1 hour. The finish date is flexible: a stack of copies or a Tier 5 god roll takes more raid clears than one drop.

Antedate perks and origin

Column three currently rolls Rewind Rounds, Dragonfly, Zen Moment, Rolling Storm, Strategist, Auto-Loading Holster and Rangefinder. Column four rolls Target Lock, Desperate Measures, Master of Arms, Jolting Feedback, Frenzy, Paracausal Affinity and To the Pain. The fixed origin trait, Frame of Reference, adds a short boost to damage, reload and range after kills, and its timer stops while the gun sits holstered.

Two of the presets lean on Arc: Rolling Storm turns kills into Bolt Charge, and Jolting Feedback jolts a target you keep shooting.

Requirements

The Edge of Fate owned, since the raid belongs to it; our boosters also need its campaign finished.
Perk names ready if you choose Specify to a Pro Player.

Antedate FAQ

Can I ask for a perk outside the presets?

Yes, any perk from columns three or four above: pick Specify to a Pro Player and tell the booster which one.

Why does the Collection choice matter?

Antedate gets its Collections entry when it drops for you; after that, Collections can hand it out again. Tell us which case is yours.
