The When and Where is a Legendary Rocket Launcher from The Desert Perpetual. It takes the Power slot and Heavy ammo, deals Stasis damage and uses the Adaptive Frame. The raid came with The Edge of Fate in July 2025, an Epic version of it followed, and both are still in the game. This lot fetches the launcher with the perks and tier you choose.

Picking your rocket

Roll with Random Perks: Rolls from 1 to 30.
Roll with 1 Guaranteed Perk: Reconstruction, Bait and Switch, Chill Clip or Explosive Light, a launcher for every perk you tick.
God Roll - 2 Guaranteed Perks: Reconstruction + Bait and Switch or Reconstruction + Explosive Light.
Specify to a Pro Player: a perk or pair outside the presets, named after payment.
Weapon Tier: Tier 3 by default, Tier 4 or Tier 5. Collection: tell us if the launcher is unlocked there already.

The booster usually takes the order within 1 hour. The end point is flexible: thirty launchers or a Tier 5 Reconstruction pair need many more clears than one drop.

Launch tubes: Volatile Launch, Confined Launch, Countermass, Hard Launch, Linear Compensator, Quick Launch, Smart Drift Control. Magazines: Alloy Casing, Black Powder, High-Velocity Rounds, Implosion Rounds, Impact Casing. Column three: Chill Clip, Clown Cartridge, Impulse Amplifier, Field Prep, Overflow, Demolitionist, Reconstruction. Column four: Explosive Light, Elemental Honing, Bipod, Desperate Measures, Bait and Switch, Surrounded, Reaper's Tithe.

Reconstruction keeps loading rockets into the tube over time, up to twice the usual magazine, and Explosive Light makes the next rocket hit harder and wider after you grab an Orb of Power. Chill Clip matches the Stasis element: direct hits from the upper half of the magazine set off a blast that slows enemies around it. The origin trait is Frame of Reference.

It is not a preset, but both perks are in the pool: choose Specify to a Pro Player under God Roll - 2 Guaranteed Perks and name the pair.

How many launchers can I order?

Up to 30 with random perks. Perk orders give one launcher per ticked perk or pair.
