A Sword also has a blade and a guard slot. The blade pool is Hungry Edge, Enduring Blade, Honed Edge, Jagged Edge and Tempered Edge, and the guard pool is Balanced Guard, Burst Guard, Enduring Guard, Heavy Guard and Swordmaster's Guard.

Yes. Equilibrium is on the current dungeon list, and since Update 9.7.0 a featured dungeon drops Tier 5 weapons and armor on Standard and a non-featured one Tier 3.
