The Dynamic Heat frame

Where the other Equilibrium heat weapons are Balanced, this sniper uses the Dynamic Heat Weapon frame: higher base damage in exchange for a high amount of heat per shot.

Reload vents the heat, overheating forces a sustained vent, and the weapon cools down more quickly between shots. The origin trait, Imperial Allegiance, adds cooling near allies and damage at high heat.
