What you get

Equilibrium cleared at the Difficulty you pick, on one to three characters.
Add Feats choices (Phase Race, Cutthroat Combat, Battalions, Token Limit and, on some runs, Challenge Encounter) that raise the tier of the drops.
Extras on the form: Secret Chests, Find all Collectibles, Self-play (Sherpa), Add Heirloom Exotic and The Way Between Quest.

Loot and Feats

The Legendary pool is Bitter End (Arc Machine Gun), Conspiracy Honed (Stasis Sniper Rifle), High Tyrant (Void Pulse Rifle), Sullen Claw (Void Sword), Trendsetter (Arc Auto Rifle), Voltaic Shade (Arc Scout Rifle) and Zealous Ideal (Solar Auto Rifle), with the Sage Protector armor set. The exotic is Heirloom, a Solar bow whose Bolt Thrower intrinsic fires explosive bolts. Bungie's 9.7.0 notes tie encounter rewards to a grade from 0 to 5, where grade 0 pays one Tier 3 item and grade 5 pays three Tier 5 items, so more Feats mean better drops.

Heirloom and the triumphs

Many Equilibrium triumphs raise the starting Heirloom chance: each Feat clear, Listen In (find all collectibles), Perfect Record, Me And My Shadow and To Walk Alone all list that boost in the game data.

Requirements

Equilibrium unlocked on your account: Bungie lists the dungeon with the Renegades expansion, part of Destiny 2: The Collection.
The dungeon quest has to be picked up on the account, and secret chests under active Feats need one earlier clear.

Equilibrium Dungeon FAQ

What does Sub-20-minute Completion mean?

A full run finished under twenty minutes, offered as its own Difficulty choice.

Is Heirloom certain to drop?

No, it is random. Feats, collectibles and solo triumphs raise the starting chance, and the add-on on the form targets it.
