Lance Ephemeral is a Legendary Sniper Rifle from The Desert Perpetual, the six-player raid that The Edge of Fate added in July 2025. It deals Strand damage, uses Special ammo and sits in the Kinetic slot. Its Rapid-Fire Frame means a faster cadence, a deeper ammo reserve and a slightly quicker reload once the magazine runs dry.

God Roll - 2 Guaranteed Perks: Fourth Time's the Charm + Bait and Switch or Rewind Rounds + Bait and Switch on a single rifle.
Specify to a Pro Player in either list: name a perk or pair from the pool below after payment, in live chat or on Discord.

Frame and perk pool

The magazine column holds five choices: Accurized Rounds, Tactical Mag, Extended Mag, Steady Rounds and Alloy Magazine. Column three rolls Hatchling, Fourth Time's the Charm, Envious Arsenal, Lead from Gold, Built to Blast, Snapshot Sights and Rewind Rounds; column four rolls Bait and Switch, Tear, Redirection, Killing Tally, Closing Time, Deconstruct and Elemental Honing.

Fourth Time's the Charm hands two rounds back when you chain precision hits quickly, and Bait and Switch rewards landing damage with all three equipped weapons in quick order. The origin slot holds Frame of Reference: kills raise damage, reload speed and range for a while, and that bonus is frozen in place while the rifle is stowed.
