Column three can roll Moving Target, Transcendent Moment, Impromptu Ammunition, Rewind Rounds, Demolitionist, Shoot to Loot and Feeding Frenzy; column four can roll Adagio, Kinetic Tremors, One for All, Zen Moment, Adrenaline Junkie, High Ground and Multikill Clip. Kinetic Tremors fits the damage type: keep pouring kinetic damage into one target and a shockwave hits everything around it.

The fixed origin trait, Exhaustive Research, loads a homing micro-missile after you hold your sights on a target for a moment. At the Altar of Relativity, Focused Decoding turns Fated Ciphers, earned from Kepler activities with the Sieve and Time Latch missions as the main supply, into Kepler gear such as this rifle.
