Trait column two can roll Golden Tricorn, Chain Reaction, One for All, Cascade Point, Rolling Storm, Strategist and Adrenaline Junkie. Every one of these trait perks has an enhanced version. The launcher barrel slot offers seven options and the magazine slot three.

Where Hullabaloo comes from today

The Tenet of Bravery in the Monument of Triumph sells the Guardian Games Weapon Engram for Legendary Marks, and Hullabaloo is in it. The engram comes in Tier 1 to Tier 5 versions, and each decrypts into a random event weapon, with a chance of a Holofoil one. Its preview also lists Triple Laureate, Taraxippos and The Beacon.

Hullabaloo through the Weapon Perks option: a roll with random perks (1 to 30 rolls), a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
For a chosen perk you tell the pro player which perk you want, for example Envious Arsenal; for the God Roll you name two, for example Envious Arsenal with Chain Reaction.
Weapon Tier: Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5. Higher tiers add perks and enhanced mods; Tier 5 adds special traits.

With a roll with 1 chosen perk the pro player aims for one perk you name, such as Impulse Amplifier; with a God Roll with 2 chosen perks you name two that must sit on the same weapon, such as Impulse Amplifier and Chain Reaction.
