What sets it apart is the Adaptive Frame, which the game sums up as "Heavy attack: Launch a heavy uppercut attack. Heavy attacks are stronger with full energy." Its origin trait is Dawning Surprise, tied to the retired Dawning event. The original release of Zephyr dealt Arc damage; later releases, including this one, deal Stasis damage.

Perks it can roll

Trait column one of Zephyr can roll Duelist's Trance, Relentless Strikes, Tireless Blade, Rimestealer, Valiant Charge, Strategist and Attrition Orbs. Trait column two can roll Cold Steel, Whirlwind Blade, Collective Action, Vorpal Weapon, One for All, Chain Reaction and Surrounded. Every one of these trait perks has an enhanced version. The blade slot offers five options and the guard slot five.

Where Zephyr comes from today

The Tenet of Bravery in the Monument of Triumph sells the Dawning Weapon Engram for Legendary Marks, and Zephyr is in it. The engram comes in Tier 1 to Tier 5 versions, and each decrypts into a random event weapon, with a chance of a Holofoil one. Its preview also lists Fimbulwinter Stitch, Mistral Lift and Albedo Wing.

What you get

Zephyr through the Weapon Perks option: a roll with random perks (1 to 30 rolls), a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
For a chosen perk you tell the pro player which perk you want, for example Attrition Orbs; for the God Roll you name two, for example Attrition Orbs with Surrounded.
Weapon Tier: Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5. Higher tiers add perks and enhanced mods; Tier 5 adds special traits.
