Trait column one of Hardline Cut can roll Sharp Harvest, Attrition Orbs, Relentless Strikes, Proximity Power, Assassin's Blade, Tireless Blade and Flash Counter. Trait column two can roll Chain Reaction, Surrounded, Whirlwind Blade, Jolting Feedback, Vorpal Weapon, One for All and Eager Edge. Every one of these trait perks has an enhanced version.
