Its Double Fire is described in game as "Hard-hitting twin-fire rounds." Under the anti-Champion rules that arrived with Update 9.7.0, a weapon with this frame has the Unstoppable effect built in. Trait column one of Wild Style can roll Envious Assassin, Danger Zone, Stats for All, Enlightened Action, Reconstruction and Grave Robber. Trait column two can roll Incandescent, One for All, Surrounded, Collective Action, Vorpal Weapon and Bait and Switch. Every one of these trait perks has an enhanced version. The launcher barrel slot offers seven options and the magazine slot seven.

Commander Zavala lists Wild Style among the Pinnacle Ops weapons he can focus. It is marked as vendor-exclusive gear, so focusing is the route: Vanguard engrams do the focusing, and Pinnacle Ops gear needs Vanguard Ciphers earned in Pinnacle Ops and Arena Ops.
