What the materials do

Phaseglass Refraction, Alkane Mutation, Timelost Spirit Bloom and Nine-Touched Relic Iron are found in set areas of Kepler and can be exchanged at the Altar of Relativity. Fifty of one of them buys a Fated Cipher, a gift from the Nine used to focus gear there, and the Master of Science shader takes 250 of each. Quantum Substance drops from Word-Bearer Shanks, Assimilation Scouts, Wells of the Archon and Polus, and the daily Reactivate Mysteries offer takes five of a type.

Limits

A Fated Cipher stack holds 99, each Quantum Substance type 99 and the raw materials 999 each. The game describes a Fated Cipher as a gift from the Nine. Kepler moved to the Destinations screen in Update 9.7.0.

Requirements

The Edge of Fate campaign completed, since the Kepler destination and its vendors depend on it.
