Lightfall Campaign Completion

Bungie's subclass FAQ says Strand needs progress through the Lightfall campaign on Neomuna, and that Lightfall must be owned. Strand Aspects and Fragments come from the Pouka Pond in the Hall of Heroes on Neomuna.
