Shatter Shot rewards the follow-up: uncharged shots deal bonus damage to Stasis crystals and frozen targets, and rapidly breaking several crystals reloads the launcher from reserves.

The game data names The Stasis Prototype quest as the source. Its steps include collecting intel from Fallen Captains and Servitors on Europa, defeating a council member in an Empire Hunt, using Stasis abilities on combatants, meeting Spider's associate in the Concealed Void Lost Sector and completing the Stealing Stasis mission.
