The Dreaded Visage perk in detail

You gain ability energy when you are damaged. While a Void Super is equipped, rapid final blows and final blows made while critically wounded grant Devour.

It turns damage taken into ability energy, and the Void half of the perk rewards kills made in a rush or at low health.

Where to find Mask of the Quiet One

Exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops are the source line in the collection entry for Mask of the Quiet One. Rahool decodes the engrams in the Tower, and their previews name the piece. The game allows a single exotic armor piece in your loadout, which means wearing Mask of the Quiet One switches off any other exotic armor you equip.
