Fury Conductors explained

Each melee hit grants Armor Charge. While you hold charge, combatants deal less melee damage to you. When a melee attack does land on you, you release a burst of Arc energy that jolts targets; the burst uses up your charge and hits harder the more stacks it consumed.

The loop rewards staying in melee range: you build charge by hitting, and a hit taken is turned into damage. The description on the item itself refers to an Active Contact Defense system that stores a retaliatory charge in warsat hull material.

Getting ACD/0 Feedback Fence in the game

The game's collection entry for ACD/0 Feedback Fence gives its source as exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops. Rahool decodes exotic engrams in the Tower, and the engram previews list this piece. A loadout holds one exotic armor piece, so ACD/0 Feedback Fence and a second exotic helmet, gauntlets, chest piece or boots cannot be equipped together.

ACD/0 Feedback Fence FAQ

Can every class use ACD/0 Feedback Fence?

No. It is Titan gear, and the gauntlets cannot be equipped on a Hunter or a Warlock.

How does the Armor Charge on ACD/0 Feedback Fence get used up?

Taking melee damage consumes it. The Arc burst that follows hits harder for each stack spent, so a larger stack stored before the hit means more damage.

What do Stat Options change for ACD/0 Feedback Fence?

They add an optional target for the rolled stats: High Overall Stats (65+), or 25+ in one named stat. None adds no stat target.
