Conduction Tines: what the perk does

With an Arc ability equipped, final blows from Arc abilities or Jolt increase the recharge rate of your abilities and extend the duration of Stormtrance. The perk also makes Ionic Sentry create a Storm Grenade when it deploys.

It rewards chaining Arc ability and Jolt kills, and Stormtrance and Ionic Sentry are the two Arc options the perk names. Lore text on Crown of Tempests points to the mighty of the stormcloud thrones, quick to anger and generous to those they love.
