The Misdirection perk in detail

Whenever you dodge, nearby enemies are disoriented and lose their radar for a short time. The perk has a single trigger, the dodge, and no other conditions are listed.

Radar is a feature of Guardians, so the effect is aimed at the Crucible. The item's flavor text refers to a joke exchange where the speaker loves making people laugh and means himself.

Where to find Gemini Jester

Exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops are the source line in the collection entry for Gemini Jester. Rahool decodes the engrams in the Tower, and their previews name the piece. The game allows a single exotic armor piece in your loadout, which means wearing Gemini Jester switches off any other exotic armor you equip.
