Melas Panoplia are Exotic Gauntlets for the Titan and a Solar piece. Their perk, Forge Master, switches on when you pick up a Firesprite or chain quick Solar final blows. While it lasts you can call your Throwing Hammer back, and recalling it at full intensity after it hits something sets off a Perfect Recall, an explosion of forge slag; Perfect Recalls and Firesprites stretch the Forge Master window. The gauntlets are listed under Exotic Armor Focusing, with Rahool's exotic focusing and the Altar of Relativity on Kepler as current sources. This lot farms Melas Panoplia on your Titan with the stat roll you pick.

Throwing Hammer	Solar melee: picking up the thrown hammer grants melee energy scaled by the Melee stat, and Cure if it struck a target

What the options cover

Stat Options: six single-stat picks put 25 points or more into one stat before masterworking: High Melee Stat (25+), High Class Stat (25+), High Grenade Stat (25+), High Health Stat (25+), High Super Stat (25+), High Weapons Stat (25+). High Overall Stats (65+) sets 65 points in total instead, and None drops the floor.
Number Of Pieces: 1 to 10 copies in one order.

A booster usually starts within about 30 minutes, and one piece takes about 2 hours.

Throwing Hammer and the Melee stat

Forge Master works with the Throwing Hammer, a Solar melee: you throw a hammer from a distance, and picking it up grants melee energy, scaled by your Melee stat; if the hammer struck a target, the pickup also grants Cure. That makes High Melee Stat (25+) the pick that feeds the perk most directly. Solar is one of the Light subclasses, so its Aspects and Fragments are bought from Ikora in the Tower for Glimmer rather than earned through an expansion campaign.
