The Lost Voice explained

Healing grenades leave a Restorative Turret on the battlefield that keeps supporting allies after the grenade has burst.

When you heal an ally, an Orb of Power occasionally appears, so support play also feeds your team's Super energy.

Notes

The helmet is a pure support piece for Warlocks who carry Healing Grenades or similar abilities.

The Orb appears only occasionally, so it rewards sustained healing rather than a single use.

Any healing of an ally can spawn the Orb, not only healing from grenades, so other support abilities also feed it.

The turret keeps working after the grenade has gone, so it covers revives and objective holds.
