Bleak Domain explained

Bleak Watcher turrets get a longer reach and are surrounded by Stasis crystals and a storm.

Standing in the storm gives you icicles over time. Firing your weapons releases those icicles, and each one slows the target it strikes.

Notes

In the game data the coat is listed under Solo Expert and Master Lost Sectors, small activities hidden in the destinations.

Bleak Watcher is the Stasis Warlock turret aspect, so the chest suits a defensive Stasis build.

Bleak Watcher is a stationary turret, so the chest favors a fixed position: place the turret, stand in its storm and fire.

Slowed targets are easier to hit with the rest of your kit, which makes the icicles a support effect.
