How Blessing of Order plays

Standing in a rift creates Noble Seekers that hunt out allies and heal them. In an empowering rift the seekers grant a damage bonus to you and your ally. Each time a seeker finds an ally you gain class ability energy, and the perk also lifts the airborne effectiveness of the Hand Cannon Lumina.

It is a support-minded Warlock perk: the seekers go out to allies, and the energy you earn depends on one being found. Its in-game blurb refers to the manifestation of pseudophotons and impossible math.

Sources for Boots of the Assembler

One exotic armor piece can be worn at a time, so wearing Boots of the Assembler replaces any other exotic helmet, gauntlets, chest armor or leg armor.
