What defines The Slammer

Vortex Frame is what defines The Slammer: heavy attacks that launch a spin attack, stronger when the weapon has full energy. It counts as a counter to Overload Champions (disruption).

The perk pool right now

The left trait column can roll Eager Edge, Chain Reaction, Relentless Strikes, Rimestealer, Flash Counter or Collective Demolition. The right trait column can roll Cold Steel, Bait and Switch, Whirlwind Blade, Surrounded, Sword Logic or Chaos Reshaped. The origin trait slot lists Problem Solver and Vanguard Determination.

Where The Slammer comes from today

Pinnacle Ops lets you attune to it, which raises its drop chance from that activity, and the Legacy Gear focusing for Vanguard engrams covers it as well.

What you get

The Slammer farmed to the roll type chosen under Weapon Perks: a roll with random perks, a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
A Rolls counter from 1 to 30 sets how many rolls are farmed, and Weapon Tier is Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5.
With the two chosen-perk settings you tell the pro player which perk or perks you want, through the form entry Specify to a pro player.

Requirements

A character at Power 300 or higher, because matchmade Ops require it and Pinnacle Ops is where the weapon drops.

The Slammer FAQ

Can I pick the perks I want?

Yes. Under Weapon Perks, pick the roll with 1 chosen perk or the God Roll with 2 chosen perks and name the perks; the pool is the one listed above. With random perks, the drops decide.

What does the Weapon Tier option change?

Tiers build on one another: higher tiers add more perks, enhanced mods and, at Tier 5, special traits. The option sets the tier the weapon is farmed at.

How does Vortex Frame play on The Slammer?

Heavy attacks that launch a spin attack, stronger when the weapon has full energy.
