The Vanguard rank

Bungie's progression text says the Vanguard Rank gains points when Vanguard Ops activities are completed. The track has 16 steps from Guardian I to Legend and 10,000 points in all. The 9.7.0 notes say that Zavala's Vanguard reputation reward track was restored, and that all Vanguard Ops activities now sit in the Fireteam Ops hub after the legacy Vanguard Ops playlist and the Nightfall nodes were deprecated. Bungie's activity guide adds that Quickplay and Grandmaster runs in Fireteam Ops carry weekly challenges that reward extra currencies and gear.
