What you get

The armor pieces you tick (Helmet, Gauntlets, Chest Armor, Leg Armor, Class Item or the Full Set choice) on your character.
Weapons and other loot from the same runs, including a chance at the Buried Bloodline exotic.
Self-play (Sherpa) and High-stat Armor as extras.

About the armor

The manifest holds fifteen Dark Age pieces, five slots for each class, all sourced to the Warlord's Ruin dungeon. Update 9.7.0 gave older dungeons tiered armor, each set with a bonus of its own, and Master runs drop Tier 5 armor. Armor 3.0 comes in twelve archetypes, so the same set can show up with different stat spreads, which is what the High-stat Armor extra is meant to address.

Why other loot comes along

Every run drops from the same pool as the armor: Dragoncult Sickle, Indebted Kindness, Naeem's Lance and Vengeful Whisper. Runs on a week when Warlord's Ruin is featured drop Tier 5 on Standard too, and the dungeon's hidden chests add extra weapons or gear on top.

Requirements

Warlord's Ruin unlocked on your account through its Dungeon Key, which Bungie lists among the keys included in Destiny 2: The Collection.
A Guardian of the class that should wear the armor.
