El'Druin, Sword of Justice is Tyrael's blade, added to Diablo 4 as a Mythic one-handed sword when the Lord of Hatred expansion launched in April 2026, and today one of the Iconic Mythics. Season 15 gave it a new power: your attacks condemn enemies, and once a condemned target becomes Injured, meaning below 35% of its Life, it takes a burst of Holy damage that grows with each time it was condemned, up to 100 times. We farm the sword on your own account.

What the sword does in Season 15
- Unique power: condemn stacks build with each attack and pay out as Holy damage when the target crosses the Injured threshold; the damage scales with the sword's weapon damage.
- Slot and classes: a one-handed sword; every class except Spiritborn can equip it.
- Fixed affixes: Weapon Damage and All Damage Multiplier since patch 3.1.0 (30 June 2026).
Because the payout waits for the 35% mark, the power matters most against bosses and other targets with large Life pools, where stacks have time to build up.
How the power changed
- At release, defeating an Elite pack cut your skill cooldowns by 10 seconds for 12 seconds.
- Patch 3.1.0 fixed that power, and patch 3.1.1 on 14 July 2026 added El'Druin to the Blacksmith's Mythic Unique Cache.
- The Season 15 rework replaced the cooldown effect with condemn. A similar cooldown effect now belongs to In-Geom, one of the nine Legacy Uniques of Season 15.
Note: item descriptions written before Season 15 still promise cooldown reduction after Elite kills. That is the old power, not what the sword does today.
Drops and what you get
- Lair Bosses can drop it from Torment I, and every Iconic Mythic can come from any of them.
- The Blacksmith's cache that rolls only Iconic Mythics is the crafting route. Iconic Mythics have no Unique version, so the Horadric Cube upgrade does not cover them. The sword is account-bound.
- The lot sells 1 to 10 copies (Quantity), on Seasonal or Eternal, Softcore or Hardcore, with Piloted delivery.
Requirements
- A Torment difficulty unlocked (Torment I or higher).
- A class other than Spiritborn to equip the sword.
