Nesekem, the Herald Mythic Glaive - Diablo 4

• A new Nearby enemy is marked at random every 2 seconds.
• The mark applies Vulnerable and turns every attack on that enemy into a Critical Strike.
• After 10 hits on the marked enemy the mark is cleared.
• Since patch 3.1.0 each copy rolls Weapon Damage and Vulnerable Damage Multiplier as its two fixed affixes, a pair that matches what the mark does.

Patch 3.1.0 (30 June 2026) let Unique, Mythic Unique and Iconic Mythic items have affixes changed through Enchanting, and an affix added to a Mythic by Enchanting, Transfiguration or Tempering is always a maximum roll. So a copy's affix lines are not final: they can be reworked later at the Occultist.

• No Unique version exists; the glaive is Mythic-only.
• It is not tied to one Lair Boss table, and every boss has a chance at an Iconic Mythic.
• Echo of Mephisto has carried a Mythic drop in its loot since patch 3.2.1, though not necessarily this glaive.

The glaive for your Spiritborn, Seasonal or Eternal, Softcore or Hardcore, with a Quantity of 1 to 10. The lot uses one Delivery Method, Piloted, and offers Normal, Express and Super Express speed.

• A Spiritborn character; the class is part of Vessel of Hatred.
• Torment I difficulty unlocked, the difficulty from which Lair Bosses open.
