Harlequin Crest is a Mythic Unique helm in Diablo 4 that grants +6 Ranks to all Skills and fits every class. It has been in the game since launch in June 2023 and belongs to the Iconic Mythics, which drop only at Mythic quality. Patch 3.1.0 on 30 June 2026 removed the Damage Reduction it used to carry and raised the skill bonus from +4 to +6 Ranks. We farm it on your own account for the Seasonal or Eternal realm.

What the helm does
- Unique power: +6 Ranks to all Skills, with no other condition attached.
- No Damage Reduction: the old defensive part of the power was taken out in patch 3.1.0.
- Fixed affixes: Primary Core Stat and Maximum Life since the same patch.
- Slot and classes: a helm for all eight classes, Spiritborn, Paladin and Warlock included.
Where it fits in Season 15
The Season 15 Call of the Ancients Barbarian build names Harlequin Crest as a safer helm choice that gives up some damage. At launch the helm was so rare that nobody found one until 10 June 2023, nine days after early access opened on 1 June.
How to get one now
- All Lair Bosses can drop it from Torment I; patch 3.2.1 raised the Mythic drop chances from Lair Bosses, Belial and random sources.
- A Unique Harlequin Crest was tested on the 3.2.0 PTR and removed, so there is nothing to upgrade in the Horadric Cube. The crafting option is the Blacksmith cache that rolls only Iconic Mythics, with a random result.
- The Season 15 Season Ranks hand out 5 Mythic Unique Caches.
- Mythics cannot be traded: each copy stays on the account that gets it.

Does the helm still reduce damage taken?
No. Patch 3.1.0 removed the Damage Reduction; the helm now gives +6 Ranks to all Skills.
Can I upgrade a Unique copy in the Horadric Cube?
No Unique copy exists on the live servers. Iconic Mythics such as Harlequin Crest drop only at Mythic quality.
