• Mother's Favor: a lasting 15% multiplicative damage bonus while you wear the helm.
• Critical Strike steal: kills briefly take 15% Critical Strike Chance from surrounding allies who also have Mother's Favor, so two wearers in one party pull from each other.
• Fixed affixes: Primary Core Stat and Movement Speed since patch 3.1.0.
• Change in 3.1.0: on 30 June 2026 the damage bonus fell from 80% to 15%.

• Rend Barbarian: the Overpower push setups wear it in the helm slot.
• Call of the Ancients Barbarian: several endgame setups take it for the damage multiplier, Core Skill ranks and Critical Strike Chance.
• Blight Necromancer: a fallback helm when the resource costs of Crown of Lucion cannot be covered.

• Lair Bosses drop Mythics from Torment I, and every Iconic Mythic, this helm included, can come from any of them.
• Iconic Mythics have no Unique version on the live servers, so the Horadric Cube upgrade cannot target it; the Blacksmith cache that rolls only Iconic Mythics gives a random one.
• The helm is account-bound and cannot be traded.

1 to 10 copies (Quantity), on Seasonal or Eternal and Softcore or Hardcore, with Piloted as the Delivery Method.

• Torment I difficulty unlocked.

Was the helm stronger before?

Yes. Until patch 3.1.0 Mother's Favor added 80% damage; since then it adds 15%.

Does a second wearer in my party matter?

Yes. Your kills briefly take 15% Critical Strike Chance from nearby allies who also carry Mother's Favor, and theirs take it from you.
