Melted Heart of Selig is an Iconic Mythic amulet with no class limit. Its power turns your class resource into a shield: incoming hits are taken from your Primary Resource before your Life, and damage taken that way is cut hard. The amulet has been in Diablo IV since the 2023 launch, and at the end of June 2023 it was the last of the original ultra-rare Uniques that players found. What it does in Season 15

Damage goes to your Primary Resource first and is heavily reduced while it does.
Your Maximum Primary Resource rises, while Maximum Life drops by 75%.
Patch 3.2.1 (15 September 2026) lowered the resource bonus and fixed Warlock Wrath climbing past its limit during Metamorphosis.
Since patch 3.1.0 every copy rolls two set affixes: Primary Core Stat and Resource Generation.

Builds that run it

Season 15 endgame guides pick it for setups that strip Maximum Life from their gear, because the protection depends on how little Life you keep. Examples are the "immortality" version of Death Trap Rogue, a Lacerate Druid variant that also gains damage through Ancestral Guidance, and Barbarian options for Whirlwind, Hammer of the Ancients and Upheaval.

Where it comes from

There is no Unique version: the amulet only exists at Mythic quality.
Any Lair Boss can drop it: the Iconic Mythics form one pool that all of them share, and since patch 3.1.1 (14 July 2026) a naturally dropped Mythic is more often an Iconic one.
Barbarian guides also point to the Jeweler's amulet recipe, and the Blacksmith now offers a cache that rolls only Iconic Mythics.

What you get

The amulet on the character you name, on the Seasonal or Eternal realm and in Softcore or Hardcore. Quantity runs from 1 to 10 copies, Piloted is the only delivery method, and Completion Speed is Normal, Express or Super Express.
