How the pieces fit together

Scorpio is a SIX12 variant whose talent, Septic Shock, stacks venom with every shot: poison first, then disorient, then shock, and at the highest stack the target takes extra damage from all sources. The Catharsis mask contributes Vicious Cycle, which builds weapon damage as you take hits and, at the cap, purges all status effects and drops a healing cloud for allies.

The skill kit leans on staying alive and moving: Mender Seeker Mine, Defender Drone, Decoy and a Crusader ballistic shield. Contractor's Gloves and Fox's Prayer carry damage-to-armor and out-of-cover attributes, which suits PvP trades.

What you get

Scorpio exotic shotgun and the Catharsis exotic mask.
Ceska Vyroba chest and backpack, Contractor's Gloves, Picaro's Holster and Fox's Prayer kneepads, with mods for crit chance and crit damage.
Skill kit: Defender Drone, Decoy, Mender Seeker Mine and a Crusader ballistic shield; specialization Survivalist.
Core Stats chooses Weapon Damage (red) or Armor (blue) as the core attribute for the armor pieces.
'I have Scorpio' and 'I have Catharsis Mask' remove those exotics from the order if they are already on your Agent.
The upgrade group lists None, 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' (armor and mods rolled at 95% or higher) and 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype', the newest item quality.

Catharsis PvP Build: quick FAQ

Is it for PvE too?

The setup is tuned for PvP fights in the Dark Zone and Conflict. In PvE the Scorpio is still a strong exotic, but other builds on the shop are tuned for it.

What does Vicious Cycle do?

Taking damage builds stacks of weapon damage; at the maximum, the next damage you take purges every stack and status effect and leaves a healing cloud for allies.
