How the pieces fit together

Negotiator's Dilemma rewards critical hits on groups. Its four-piece talent, Crowd Control, marks enemies you hit critically, and a critical hit on a marked enemy spreads part of the damage to every other marked enemy; each marked enemy that dies adds critical hit damage until combat ends.

Pestilence is an M249 B variant whose talent, Plague of the Outcasts, hits apply a damage-over-time debuff that stacks up to a cap and moves to a nearby enemy when the carrier dies, which keeps the plague spreading through a pack.

What you get

The Pestilence exotic LMG and Negotiator's Dilemma pieces with crit chance and crit damage.
Česká Výroba chest and backpack with the Composure and Obliterate talents, and mods for crit chance and crit damage.
Skill kit: Decoy and Reviver Hive; specialization Gunner.
'I have Pestilence SMG' removes the exotic from the order if it is already on your Agent; 'Add Bullet King LMG' adds a second exotic LMG. The order form calls Pestilence an SMG, but in the game it is a light machine gun.
The upgrade group lists None, 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' (armor and mods rolled at 95% or higher) and 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype', the newest item quality.
