Inside the loadout

Tipping Scales adds LMG damage and a Throttle Control talent that stacks weapon handling and critical hit damage while you shoot. Overdogs amplify weapon damage against the lowest-ranking enemies in a fight, and the Equalizer chest's Perfect Obliterate raises weapon damage with critical hits, so every part of the build pays off from sustained fire.

Big Alejandro is an exotic LMG from the first The Division that returned in the game during the 10th Anniversary event, which ran from 3 March to 2 April 2026.

What you get

Big Alejandro exotic LMG, Overdogs exotic gloves, the Equalizer named chest and Tipping Scales pieces for the other slots.
Mods for crit chance and crit damage, with attributes aimed at a high critical hit chance.
Skill kit: Reviver Hive and Explosive Sticky Bomb; specialization Gunner.
'I have Big Alejandro', 'I have Overdogs' and 'I have Equalizer' remove those items from the order when they are on your Agent already.
Three upgrade levels exist: the base build, 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' with near-maximum armor and mod rolls, and 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype', which raises the gear to the tier above Gear Set items.

Requirements

Level 40, with an SHD level of at least 100.
For the Prototype options: each converted piece must be at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30); exotic pieces are not converted.

FAQ: Tipping Scales Build

Do Overdogs conflict with Shroud?

No. Shroud boosts damage to the highest-ranking enemies and Overdogs to the lowest; they are different tiers of the same hierarchy.

Which LMGs can replace Big Alejandro?

Any light machine gun can use the set. Named choices such as Big Show and Carnage or exotics such as Bullet King and Pestilence also work with the set bonus.
