Inside the loadout

Caduceus repairs you and your allies for a share of the damage dealt by each critical hit, which makes critical hit chance the stat that matters most. Overdogs add weapon damage against the lowest-ranking enemies, and the Salvo holster, a named piece from Mutiny, adds a rate-of-fire bonus through Perfect Attribute.

The build is intended for the Tipping Scales gear set as its armor base, whose Throttle Control talent raises critical hit damage on constant fire.

What you get

The Caduceus exotic assault rifle, Overdogs exotic gloves and a Salvo holster.
Gear set pieces with weapon damage, crit chance and crit damage, and mods for crit chance and damage.
Skill kit: Decoy and Reviver Hive; specialization Gunner.
'I have Caduceus' and 'I have Overdogs' remove those exotics from the order if they are already on your Agent.
Three upgrade levels exist: the base build, 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' with near-maximum armor and mod rolls, and 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype', which raises the gear to the tier above Gear Set items.

Requirements

Level 40, with an SHD level of at least 100.
For the Prototype options: each converted piece must be at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30); exotic pieces are not converted.
