What the build is built around

Tempest is a fully automatic variant of the 93R. Its talent, Restrained, amplifies damage for a while after your shield is broken, and the weapon itself fires full-auto. It came as the reward of the Tidal Basin Manhunt, the Climax mission of The Pact, and it can also come from floor 100 of The Summit.

Build Type offers three armor routes, Striker, Hunter's Fury and Foundry Bulwark, and the backpack can be Memento or NinjaBike.

'I have Tempest' and 'I have Memento' skip those exotics if you own them.
'Build Upgrade' has three values: None, 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' for armor and mods rolled at 95% or better of their maximum, and 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype', which converts the non-exotic gear to Prototype quality.

Requirements

Character level 40 and an SHD level of 100 or more.
For the Prototype options: each converted piece must be at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30); exotic pieces are not converted.

It was introduced as the reward of the Tidal Basin Manhunt in The Pact and can drop from floor 100 of The Summit. Since then it has also been in the exotic pools of seasonal and event caches, for example the Dust Storm event caches.
