The core of the loadout

Ouroboros is a Vector SBR 9mm variant added with Title Update 19. Its talent, Rule Them All, copies a status effect that you carry: while an effect is on you, part of the ammunition in your next magazine applies the same effect to your targets, and only in combat. That makes it a weapon for builds that already take status effects, for example from hostile enemies.

Hunter's Fury shares its short-range style: its Apex Predator talent amplifies damage against enemies within close range, which fits a submachine gun. The Memento backpack keeps all three cores on one slot.

What you get

Ouroboros exotic SMG and Hunter's Fury pieces with critical hit attributes.
Memento backpack, a Česká Výroba chest with the Intimidate talent, and mods for crit chance and crit damage.
Skill kit: Crusader ballistic shield and Reviver Hive; specialization Gunner.
Core Stats sets the armor pieces to Weapon Damage (red) or Armor (blue).
'I have Ouroboros' and 'I have Memento Backpack' remove those exotics from the order if you already own them.
Under 'Build Upgrade' you can keep the standard result, ask for 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' with armor and mods at 95% of the maximum or above, or convert the non-exotic gear with 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype'.

Requirements

A level 40 Agent with at least 100 SHD points.
For the Prototype options: each converted piece must be at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30); exotic pieces are not converted.

Ouroboros Build FAQ: common questions

Where does Ouroboros come from?

Mainly from the Paradise Lost incursion: the final chest gives the higher chance, the named bosses a low one. It has also been in event caches (Winter 2025), and during Red Moon Unleashed (15 October to 3 November 2026) Necromancer Unleashed on Heroic can drop it.

Why does the talent copy status effects?

Rule Them All reads the status effects currently on you and puts the same effect on part of your next magazine, so any effect you receive becomes an offensive tool.
