Key pieces explained

Eagle Bearer is a Military P416 variant with two talents. Eagle's Strike raises accuracy as you keep firing, and headshot kills grant Tenacity, a buff that delays part of the damage you take and reduces the delayed total with each enemy killed while it is active. The weapon is known for steady, forgiving damage.

Build Type chooses the gear: Striker uses the Striker's Battlegear set to stack weapon damage, while Hybrid mixes pieces for a more balanced layout. The weapon was long tied to the raid Operation Dark Hours and Dark Zone extraction, and also appeared in the 2025 Winter event's gear caches.

What you get

The Eagle Bearer exotic assault rifle and armor set of the chosen Build Type.
A Memento backpack, a Fenris chest with Obliterate, and crit chance and crit damage mods.
Skill kit built from a Decoy, a Defender Drone, a Reviver Hive and a Crusader ballistic shield; specialization Gunner.
Striker builds around Striker's Battlegear, Hybrid around a mixed set of armor.
Core Stats chooses Weapon Damage (red) or Armor (blue) for the armor cores.
'I have Eagle Bearer' and 'I have Memento' remove those exotics from the order if you own them already.
For rolls you can stay with None, choose 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' (armor and mods at 95% of the cap or better), or pick 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype' to convert the pieces.

Requirements

A level 40 Agent whose SHD Watch has at least 100 points.
Expertise level 30 if you choose the Prototype upgrade.

Eagle Bearer Build FAQ

What is Tenacity?

A buff that delays part of the damage you take until it ends; the total delayed damage shrinks for each kill made while it is active.

Where does the rifle drop?

Mostly from Dark Zone extraction or the final chest of Operation Dark Hours, and its blueprint comes from Black Tusk Retaliations.
