The core of the loadout

St. Elmo's Engine is an LVOA-C variant whose talent, Actum Est, gives a stack for every hit and fills the next magazine with shock ammo when the stacks are full. Striker's Battlegear complements it: its four-piece talent, Striker's Gamble, raises weapon damage with each hit and drops stacks when you stop shooting, and a chest talent lifts the stack cap. The two reward the same habit: keeping the trigger down.

Memento is the exotic backpack with all three cores, and its Kill Confirmed talent turns every kill into a trophy that gives a short and a long-lasting buff. The Fenris Group chest adds a brand bonus for assault rifle damage.

What you get

St. Elmo's Engine, the exotic assault rifle, and Striker's Battlegear pieces with critical hit chance and critical hit damage.
Memento backpack, a Fenris Group chest with the Obliterate talent, and mods set for crit chance and crit damage.
Skill kit: Crusader shield and Reviver Hive; specialization Gunner.
The 'I have St. Elmo's Engine' and 'I have Memento Backpack' choices tell the team the rifle or the backpack is already on your Agent. 'Add Coyote's Mask', 'Add Bullet King LMG' and 'Add Rock n' Roll Shotgun' put an extra exotic mask, an exotic light machine gun or a named shotgun on top of the build.
Under 'Build Upgrade' you can keep the standard result, ask for 'High-Stat Armor (95%)' with armor and mods at 95% of the maximum or above, or convert the non-exotic gear with 'Upgrade Gear to Prototype'.

Requirements

A level 40 Agent with at least 100 SHD points.
For the Prototype options: each converted piece must be at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30); exotic pieces are not converted.
