The questline

Bungie's records include a triumph "Born in Darkness" in the Splintered seal. Two later quests each end at the Ziggurat in the Beyond area: Aspect of Influence (Entropic Shards in the Well of Infinitude, a Heroic Exo Challenge, and a Skeleton Key to return) and Aspect of Interference (Entropic Shards in Kell's Rising and a Heroic simulation). Stasis Aspects and Fragments themselves are unlocked from the Exo Stranger in the Beyond area.

Born in Darkness FAQ

Can I skip parts I already did?

Yes. The form has choices for having done the first, second or third part of the quest.

Is the campaign included?

Only if you tick the Beyond Light Campaign Completion add-on.

What else does the Europa seal ask?

Splintered also asks for all Entropic Shards on Europa (Studying Darkness), all Exo Challenges (Training Complete) and the dead Exo collectibles (Salvage the Past). None of these is part of this order.

Where do the Stasis Aspects come from?

Bungie says from the Exo Stranger in the Beyond area on Europa; the two Aspect quests above are separate quests that end at the Ziggurat.
