Where BrayTech Osprey comes from

Bungie's legacy Vanguard engram focusing, described as weapons and armor from past seasons of the Light and Darkness Saga, lists BrayTech Osprey in its Legacy Nightfall Weapons group. Nightfall nodes were retired in Update 9.7.0, so the focusing list is the route that remains. The weapon's own entry points to the Strange Terrain strike, and two entries exist in the game data.

Perks BrayTech Osprey can roll with

The first trait column can show Cluster Bomb, Auto-Loading Holster, Envious Assassin, Keep Away, Pulse Monitor and Field Prep. The second column can show Destabilizing Rounds, Bipod, Golden Tricorn, Chain Reaction, Frenzy and Lasting Impression.

BrayTech Osprey FAQ

Can I choose the perks on BrayTech Osprey?

Yes, inside the pool shown on this page. The one-perk setting fixes one perk and the God Roll setting fixes two; you tell the pro player which ones. A perk outside the columns above cannot be requested.

Is this copy a tiered re-issue?

No. The copy that the Vanguard's legacy focusing gives is an older model: its entry in Bungie's game data has no Gear Tier Upgrade slot, unlike the weapons re-issued since The Edge of Fate, so this page does not promise a gear tier.

Why do other pages show a different perk list for BrayTech Osprey?

BrayTech Osprey has 2 entries in Bungie's game data, added in different updates, and each can carry its own perk pool. The lists on this page come from the newest entry.
