Fireteam For Hire puts one or two experienced Guardians into your session by the hour, and the form is a menu of what they play: the Ops group (labelled Portal on the form, although Update 9.7.0 retired the Portal screen) with Fireteam Ops, Pinnacle Ops or Seasonal Conquests, or Crucible in non-competitive or competitive mode. The Hours selector runs from 1 to 10.

Key facts

Activity groups	Fireteam Ops, Pinnacle Ops, Seasonal Conquests and Crucible Ops
Fireteam Ops size	Three players
Hired Guardians	1 or 2
Hours	1 to 10 per order
Matchmaking	Expert to Grandmaster Ops need Power 300

What you get

One or two Guardians for Hire for the hours you set.
The activity group you choose, played at Normal or Legendary difficulty.
The Completion Method choice on the form, either having them play for you or playing alongside them.

What can be played

Fireteam Ops are three-player activities such as strikes, battlegrounds and Reclaim, built around difficulty and modifiers. Pinnacle Ops hold the exotic missions, Onslaught and The Coil. Seasonal Conquests are the hardest Seasonal Hub activities, from Expert to Ultimate. In Crucible Ops the Competitive playlist is 3v3 and ranked.

Tiers

Update 9.7.0 ties difficulty to a reward grade and tier: Normal B pays Tier 1, Advanced B+ Tier 2, Expert A Tier 3, Master A+ Tier 4 and Grandmaster S or Ultimate S+ Tier 5. Matchmade Ops run from Expert to Grandmaster and need Power 300, so the hour is spent on the grade you choose.

Requirements

Access to the activities you select; an activity that needs an expansion or key cannot be hired without it.
