The Lightweight Frame defines how it handles: "Superb handling. Move faster with this weapon equipped." The origin trait Search Party reads: This weapon is granted faster aim down sights speed and movement speed while aiming down sights when no allies are near. It can also carry Veist Stinger.

Perks it can roll

Trait column one of Gunburn can roll Bewildering Burst, Lone Wolf, Threat Detector, Stats for All, Recycled Energy, Pugilist and Lead From Light. Trait column two can roll Attrition Orbs, Kinetic Tremors, Ancillary Ordinance, Target Lock, One for All, Wellspring and Binary Orbit. Every one of these trait perks has an enhanced version. The barrel slot offers eleven options and the magazine slot thirteen.

Where Gunburn comes from today

The Tenet of Bravery in the Monument of Triumph sells the Eerie Weapon Engram for Legendary Marks, and Gunburn is in it. The engram comes in Tier 1 to Tier 5 versions, and each decrypts into a random event weapon, with a chance of a Holofoil one. Its preview also lists Horror Story, Hushed Whisper and Acosmic.

What you get

Gunburn through the Weapon Perks option: a roll with random perks (1 to 30 rolls), a roll with 1 chosen perk, or a God Roll with 2 chosen perks.
For a chosen perk you tell the pro player which perk you want, for example Lead From Light; for the God Roll you name two, for example Lead From Light with One for All.
Weapon Tier: Tier 3, Tier 4 or Tier 5. Higher tiers add perks and enhanced mods; Tier 5 adds special traits.

Yes. Bungie retired Festival of the Lost in Update 9.7.0 and moved part of its weapons into the Monument of Triumph, where they are sold as engrams for Legendary Marks.

What does a chosen perk mean for Gunburn?

With a roll with 1 chosen perk the pro player aims for one perk you name, such as Threat Detector; with a God Roll with 2 chosen perks you name two that must sit on the same weapon, such as Threat Detector and Attrition Orbs.
