What Cloudstrike does

Its intrinsic trait, Mortal Polarity, drops a bolt of lightning on the spot where a precision kill happens and adds a moderate amount of Bolt Charge.

The exotic frame, Stormbringer, reacts to rapid precision hits: a quick series of them stirs up a lightning storm where the shots land and adds another stack of Bolt Charge, so repeated headshots build the charge faster.

The standard parts are a Fluted Barrel, an Alloy Magazine and a Hand-Laid Stock.

Where it comes from

The source in the game data is higher difficulty Empire Hunts, and the weapon sits in the Europan Collector badge, which marks it as a Beyond Light item from Europa.

The Beyond Light campaign itself is open to all players, but Cloudstrike is one of the Exotics of the Beyond Light Pack. The Europan Explorer I and II extras on the lot cover the Variks upgrades that unlock Europa weapon quests and the higher difficulty Empire Hunts.

What you get

Cloudstrike (Exotic Sniper Rifle) added to your account.
Extras: Complete Europan Explorer I; Complete Europan Explorer II; Complete Beyond Light Campaign; Self-play (Sherpa).

Requirements

The Beyond Light Pack, which carries Cloudstrike (the campaign itself is open to all players).
Europan Explorer I and II unlocks, which the lot sells as extras if they are missing.

Cloudstrike FAQ

Does Cloudstrike need the Beyond Light Pack?

The campaign is open to all players, but Cloudstrike belongs to the Beyond Light Pack, so the lot treats the pack as the requirement.

Triple Tap, which returns a round to the magazine when you land precision hits rapidly.

How does Cloudstrike build Bolt Charge?

Mortal Polarity adds a moderate amount on precision final blows, and Stormbringer adds a stack on rapid precision hits.
