Using Probability Matrix

Arcbolt Grenades gain increased chaining capabilities and jolt the targets they hit. Damaging combatants with jolt, or applying jolt to targets, grants additional Arcbolt Grenade energy.

The perk is an Arcbolt Grenade loop: the grenade applies jolt, and jolt pays grenade energy back. Flavor text on Lucky Raspberry refers to a two-voice exchange about nobody having died while wearing it, because she leaves the unworthy before they fall.

Lucky Raspberry: source in the game

In the collections menu, the source line for Lucky Raspberry is exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops. Engram previews include the piece, and Rahool in the Tower is the one who decodes exotic engrams.
