SUROS Regime

SUROS Legacy is the intrinsic trait: the lower half of every magazine does bonus damage and has a chance to return health when it kills.

The exotic frame offers two modes. Spinning Up raises the rate of fire the longer you hold the trigger, and final blows while spun up add progress toward Special ammo. An alternate action swaps to Dual Speed Receiver.

The parts are Hammer-Forged Rifling, a Tactical Mag and a Hand-Laid Stock.

The game data lists the source as Exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops, and the Cryptarch decodes Exotic engrams into Exotic gear.

Because the bonus sits in the second half of the magazine, firing through the clip before reloading keeps it active. The catalyst, SUROS Ascendance, raises the chance for kills to regenerate health. Its record asks for Guardian defeats in the Crucible with the rifle, and the lot lists obtaining and masterworking the catalyst as extras.

The Tactical Mag slightly raises stability and magazine size and speeds up reloads.
