Using Chaotic Exchanger

While you charge your Void grenade with Chaos Accelerant, you resist incoming damage. A charged Void grenade returns grenade energy when it hits and applies Weaken.

The perk hangs on the Chaos Accelerant charge, so the wearer needs a Void grenade build that uses it. Flavor text on Contraverse Hold refers to a quote from Tomek I about nothing being free.

Contraverse Hold: source in the game

In the collections menu, the source line for Contraverse Hold is exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops. Engram previews include the piece, and Rahool in the Tower is the one who decodes exotic engrams. Because of the one-exotic-armor rule, wearing Contraverse Hold means no other exotic helmet, gauntlets, chest armor or leg armor can be worn at the same time.

Contraverse Hold FAQ

Can a Titan use Contraverse Hold?

No. It is exotic armor for Warlocks, and the game locks the gauntlets to that class.

What makes a grenade count as charged for Contraverse Hold?

Holding the Void grenade to charge it with Chaos Accelerant. During that charge you resist incoming damage, and on a hit the grenade returns energy and applies Weaken.

Do I have to pick a stat option for Contraverse Hold?

No. None is the default; the other values ask for High Overall Stats (65+) or a 25+ focus on one stat.
